She went ahead and took care of the documentation and the pre-approval process from her side while we were rushing Ozzie to the ER. I still do not have my online accout set-up - the first person i connected with could only reset my password and when that did not work transferred me to an agents line which I was on hold for too long. I hung up and called back. I spoke to Tamara and she understood the problem and is following up with me.
