Over the last few years I’ve found the claims process to be fair and straightforward. If there’s been a mixup or any confusion, the customer service representatives have been helpful and friendly. They’ve listened to my concerns/questions and fixed any issues immediately. The appeals process has been fair and expeditious. I have no complaints and am happy to continue insuring both of my dogs through Trupanion. I’ve recommended them to anyone who have asked my opinion.
