We brought our dog to an emergency facility when she got sick and thankfully they were able to stabilize her and get her home after only a day. By the time we picked her up the claim work had already been filed on our behalf and when I called trupanion a couple of days later to check on whether it was complete they informed me that the check had already been issued. Great service!
