I've always been happy with the staff at Trupanion ever since I bought Mocha (chocolate brown standard poodle) in April of 2005. He had neurological problems later in life which were treated at the Lola hospital in Ottawa and suffice to say every bill was covered by Trupanion. I adopted Jelly Bean from the Humane Society. She had been abandoned by the foster people. She turned 6 on June 15 and is very happy with me; unfortunately she is still fearful of strangers and dogs.

I was hesitant to sign up after reading many experiences on the BBB website that weren't promising about Trupanion. Fast forward two plus years and I'm beyond grateful that I took a chance! The peace of mind i have is worth every penny! Filling claims and reimbursement have gone smooth as silk. Thank yous for taking beyond excellent care of Roachie and myself! We adore you!??

Submitted a claim where both my dogs, only one a Truepanion client, submitted one of three pages, only the one of the client. Anyway, sent a response for the other two pages, and a few hours later, no need they contacted the Vet and had all the info to process. Thanks Trupanion!!
