You have great customer service. In seven years I've only talked to one rep that was either not using her training or was just grumpy. I've had some health issues and a lot of problems with my vet making it tough on your staff but they couldn't have been more kind or patient. I truly appreciate that. Thank you.

Very little payment for services and always tries to tie everything back to pre-existing conditions.
Very little payment for services and always tries to tie everything back to pre-existing conditions. We signed up for Trupanion within a few weeks of bring our new puppy home, how can almost every issue that has come up over 8 years be viewed as prior conditions. Our Vet who has experience with several plans does not understand why we continually get the "company no pay" answer on almost everything submitted, when her experience with other plans would have paid.
