I made a claim in July wasn't completed until late Sept.

I made a claim in July wasn't completed until late Sept. I was finally made aware that I hadn't met my deductible...it was a very lengthy process. I was told in July my pet's services would be covered and they weren't. I pay almost $50 a month for 4 yrs now...you do the math...and I was mislead.
