Trupanion is the best. They are so helpful and nice. It was so easy to file on line. They process the claim very quickly. They are always available to answer any questions. They explain everything so thoroughly. I have a Chihuahua who went through Cataract surgery and lens implantation, and a few other procedures. Trupanion was there for me. The last claim I sent in was done promptly but they did not read the receipt correctly. I had prepaid for a the yearly worm stool test but had brought my dog in for a skin rash. The denied the claim and said the annual stool test was not cover (which I am aware of) but totally missed the reason for my visit.
