so personable, helpful, caring... please never change your staffing. Trupanion has heart the way it is. I hope the owners never decide to go cheap and outsource. That would be tragic. Your company actually answers the phone and you are able to converse with a caring rep. That is a rarity these days.

Our Mini American Shepherd had gotten sick with an unknown ailment that caused her to throw up. The vet at RR animal hospital informed us that we might not be covered because this was considered a pre-existing condition. Well, Trupanion came thru and covered the expense after the deductible was met, good for them!
