You processed our claim really quickly and denied it. I believe it is because we had not met the $1000 deductible. My concern is not with denied claim but with the fact that the plan has increased each year and not based on the claims experience. Will be difficult to be excited about $1000 deductible per issue and which has never been met with only two claims ever filed, and yet the plan has increased each year.
