Pet insurance seems like a luxury until your pet has an emergency. Two weeks before Christmas an unleashed dog attacked my dog while she was being taken for a walk. The emergency vet bill came to nearly $1,000; I was relieved that I didn't need to worry about the cost and could concentrate on my dog's recovery. The claims process is very easy; you can submit your claim on the website or through their app. I did not have to wait long before the reimbursement was deposited directly into my account. I even received a follow-up email asking how our dog was doing. Great customer service, smooth claims process, and timely reimbursements made me a satisfied customer.

Pets Best has been terrific
I shopped around and checked out the competition. For me, Pets Best had the best overall cost and coverage. Our previous carrier’s price was significantly higher and had a more complex claim submission process.
