I typically give Trupanion high scores on almost everything. However at the moment I’m still reeling from the notice of increase to my premium next year almost 22%) after another big increase last year (18%). Both of these are far higher than any previous year since we enrolled (9-12%). Michelle capably explained the reasons this might happen and of the reasons she outlined I suspect it’s a second emergency clinic that opened in our metropolitan area two years ago. I now understand and can find no real argument for the way Trupanion has chosen to do this, it makes sense and is better than basing increases on your pet’s particular history. I am just not liking it and from now on I will include this additional piece of information in any reviews I post in various forums I’m on for pet owners.

You did not see all the invoices from my claim.
You did not see all the invoices from my claim. You saw 1 only for $30 and said my deductible is higher. There are other invoice of above $500 for the same claim and I haven’t seen the approval
