Trupanion has been so helpful in treating my dog's liver disease. Without their coverage, i'm not sure that she would still be with us today. From her ultrasound to the expensive monthly medications, they've been with us every step of the way. Thank you Trupanion!

Great service for 2 TPLO surgeries
My golden needed TPLO (knee ligament) surgery on both of his rear legs. Total cost of the surgeries was around 10k. Healthy paws paid their share with no hassles. Filing was really easy with their phone app (just take a picture of the paid invoice and send it to them) and they had good response time, even during COVID.

Horrible Experience
This company is horrible. They will find every single way to not pay your policy out. The passing of my dog was made 100 times worse because they refused to pay his final vet bill. They knew I was not going to return to the company because he passed and took it as a final opportunity to screw me. They blamed his passing on a heart murmur he has had his entire life.
