Annie was so sweet and cheerful!
Annie was so sweet and cheerful! She commented on liking our sons’s (dog son) name and as we were ending the call, she said “Give Belly a kiss for me”! Awwww!! It made me so happy!! Also Annie was so efficient!! Excellent customer service as always!!

Updated - They do not pay what they say they will pay.
Update: They have been in contact with me and have paid a little more and tried to explain their reasoning - adding a star for customer service there. I am waiting for results of another claim that I have in before any more star changes. Original: I filed an estimate for some procedures and they replied they were going to cover about 75%. After the actual procedure was done and claim was submitted, they said they were going to only pay about 10%. After my vet called and spoke with them, they re-evaluated and decided they would pay about 15%. They will not be getting any more of my money each month if they are going to lie and not provide the service they promise. Do not believe them when you submit an estimate to them.
