No communication - JOKE OF A COMPANY

No communication, no emails with policy number and no response when you want to cancel. Joke of a company. BUYER BEWARE don't waste your time. I will probably have to file through my credit card claim to get my money back for no services rendered after purchasing. Website faulty , app not able to log in and glitchy. You know it's bad when you wait on hold for 20 min for the customer service rep to say sshe doesnt know why the email is still not sending. After saying something is wrong with their website and to try the app, but if that isnt working to just cal back. Pass - how is the even considered an option for people?

Very disappointed with your company's…

Very disappointed with your company's decision on my dogs dental bill of $1,900.00 denied claim. You use the excuse of not my policy not having ADDITIONAL insurance to cover, but yet my policy says dental is covered! So your telling me that when my dog gets sick you'll cover nothing because I don't have additional insurance to insure he's covered for everything that can/would happen to him even if god was blamed.

It's been really easy

So far, I'm really glad I got the insurance. I was worried that it would take heaps of time make claims and then I'd forget about it. But Lemonade makes it so easy to make the claim that I just do it as soon as we get back from the Vet and I get a reply (and deposit) in a very reasonable time.

Pets Best is "THE BEST" pet insurance company ever!

Pets Best is quite simply the best pet insurance company I have ever worked with. Premiums are very reasonable and the company's coverage is very comprehensive. They cover exactly what they say they will cover, no hassles, no excuses, no exemptions, and no denials. The process is quite easy, just fill in a one page claim and attach vet's invoice. Claim payment came very quickly. I am very very pleased with this excellent company.

I would not recommend this company

Purposefully slow claims processing and Poor customer service +45 wait times. However, their automated bill process works quickly. Clearly shows company priorities. I have sent 2 emails to discuss claim but no response. I would not recommend this company.

Very impressed with Pets Best

First time with Pets Best and very impressed. I just got coverage on my 2.5 yr. old himalayan and 6 month old Persian kitten. Impressed with the coverage plans offered, ease of insurance and no wait periods for service. So far excellent customer service.

Disgusted...

I bought insurance through petsecure when I first brought my dog home from the humane society. I went with petsecure because the humane society suggested it was a good company to go with. So fast forward 2 months. Min got into something in our back yard and spent the next two days throwing up and having diarrhea... So we took her to the vet and the did their thing costing over $300. No problem I thought I'll just submit it to insurance... Well it's been 6 weeks already and we haven't heard a peep from the insurance company I've submitted all their documents, had the vet sign the paperwork etc. They have it all and sent me a confirmation code that they received it all. But nothing. I've emailed 4 times with no reply whatsoever - no it's not in my junk folder - and I've called twice being put on hold for 2 hours until their system hangs up on me! I even called their new client line, which of course they picked up immediately then once they found out I was already a client looking for a claim they bumped me on hold and i sat for another 2 hours. And again was hung up on.. i haven't been able to talk to an agent about this yet! I am so disgusted with this treatment I can't even begin to describe how mad I am. Don't waste your money on these guys it's a total scam!

Signing up was easy

Signing up was easy. Setup was easy. Filing a claim with easy. Unfortunately it's been almost over a week since I filed some claims and they are still stuck in processing. So don't expect to get reimbursed in a timely manner. It's really frustrating.
