I am so satisfied and with prudent pet's silliness to look out for those like myself who cannot afford to pay out of pocket expenses for my pet. And the care that I was shown by them, Namely, Monica, made it very easy for me to put my weight behind them. I have looked for two(2)years to find insurance for my cat Lucky but could not find any. Now I have it!! So happy and relieved!! I recommend Prudent Pet Insurance to anyone who may be struggling to care for your pet. You will find so much relief!

Embrace- I would highly recommend it without any reservations
Great coverage and a wonderful customer service. Quick reimbursements. I ve had Embrace for almost 10years, for all my 4 kitties. Its been a life saver, because 2 of them battled serious illnesses : cancer and kidney failure. Without insurance we could not have afforded the medical treatment. I am so grateful for Embrace. One of the best decisions of my life was to get the insurance through them. Without any hesitation I am recommending it to all pet parents.

Highly Recommend!
Easy submissions, great communication, and quick payments. I have an 8 month old puppy with lots of GI issues and a recent case of pneumonia. I am so glad we got insurance through Healthy Paws so there's less stress around an already stressful situation when taking her to the vet and specialists.

No problem getting reimbursed properly but it takes a while.
Slow claims returns and for some reason they duplicated my claims. So I got duplicate eobs. The one that came through first showed 0 paid because it was duplicate. Not very easy to follow along. But after combing through everything we were reimbursed in accordance with our plan terms. No fighting for reimbursement. Claims turn around about 2.5 weeks.

I switched over to embrace for my dog…
I switched over to embrace for my dog earlier this year and was impressed with the customer service and helpfulness of the staff. I submitted a claim and was denied reimbursement because it wasn’t covered under my policy which I completely understand. I then a few months later submitted two claims for an emergency vet visit for eating grapes and a visit with his vet for itchiness and wound received from scratching. I have not received a decision on these claims yet and have spoken to customer service a couple of times with the standard reply we are reviewing all the medical info. The claims were held up for the request to the vets for my dogs medical records to be sent which was reasonable delay but know it’s just ridiculous. Though the seem to have know problem getting the payment taken out, if I delayed the payment as long I would be cancelled. Once this is resolved if ever will be considering a new company.

This is the only pet insurance to have. My niece who is a veterinarian recommended it after another company found some reason not to pay when my cat needed intensive care before she died. This literally IS the BEST insurance for your pets. I don’t have to choose between my fur baby’s getting treatment and my mortgage.
