Waste of money.
Even though items they claim are covered have all been denied. We confirmed before hand. We will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint as well.

Very good experience at the vet with direct billing. i didn't know that i wasn't covered for behaviour modification - with a rescued stray who was caught by the pound, that is pretty much the only health issue my pet has.

Trupanion is the BEST!!! I have been an AHT (Animal Health Technologist) for the past 20years and after seeing so many emergency’s come through the door I know first hand what these cost could be and what I know is I could always save up enough money for the annual exam/+or- vaccines. The thing I will never be ready for is the cost behind a medical or accidental injury and this is where I have a piece of mind having Trupanion insurance over the years. My 3 legged dog Bacon Hans been with Trupanion for years which gives me reassurance that if anything happened I wouldn’t be faced with what I should do based on financial concerns. This company has no payout limit ?????? which is amazing !! I also loved that the company originally started up in B.C. Canada ???? Anytime I call the customer service they are amazingly helpful, friendly and will always gets my 5 star plus review ?? ???????????? Thanks for being rockin awesome Trupanion crew !!!
