We are new to Spot Pet Insurance, after being treated shabbily by by another company. I received a welcome call from a Spot employee after I signed on asking if I had any questions. I truly appreciate the good customer service. I hope we have a long and happy association.

Amazing experience
I have Trupanion insurance for my dog and recently filed a claim for an emergency surgery my dog needed. Filing the claim was super easy and I was reimbursed within two days. I have never had such a great experience with a pet insurance before. All I can say is wow abs thank you!
