When I called to find out about my monthly rate Cheryl was very informative.

When I called to find out about my monthly rate Cheryl was very informative. She explained how the monthly rates are calculated. She was polite and courteous in explaining what would occur if I increased my deductibles as well. I felt as though she truly cared about my pup and that this was not just a business choice. We were really looking forward to getting this insurance for our new puppy.

We were really looking forward to getting this insurance for our new puppy. I filed our first vet visit claims and you guys start they were pre existing for his Giardia and ear infection. How would they be that if we got him the day before we took him to the vet. We had no idea our puppy had either. The insurance is a joke.
