Rhonda who I was speaking with was excellent. I’ll give her credit for doing her best to talk me out of my frustration and explain the process. Unfortunately the explanation for why my rates have gone up 40% for the last two years was not satisfactory. I can’t blame that on Rhonda because I would have been frustrated regardless of the response. The current rates are unsustainable and becoming very unaffordable. I’ve been with Trupanion for almost years and my pet insurance has nearly tripled and costs me more than my car insurance.
