I have found Pet's Best easy to deal…
I have found Pet's Best easy to deal with and fair as my dog ages and has more medical bills. They have been a little slower on reimbursement since Covid disrupted us, but most communication can be done via the Pet's Best web-site. PB calls the vet as needed for clarification.

may as well be as greedy as a human healthcare
Dog needed surgeries after a diagnostic xray. Pets 'Best' looked through history and saw a mention of potential ligament tear, but was not confirmed. I didn't expect any money for the surgery costs, but they would not reimburse me, even partially, for the xrays.

Excellent coverage and service
This is our second Lab that we have insured with Embrace. The cost is reasonable for what we receive. All of our claims have been covered quickly with no disputing. Totally worth it!

Great insurance company
The reimbursement is fairly cut and dry. Easy process. Just put in any notes and there is little issue. It may take more than 30 days but you get your money as long as you have the receipts. Well worth the investment

We have a 15 1/2 year old Labrador Retriever, Angel. We have been with Pets Best her entire life. As she aged, Pets Best continued to provide for her increasing care. The cost does go up over the years, but the peace of mind it buys makes it worth it. We've never had a claim refused. Thank you!
