Because the person was very nice but didn't communicate that we would have to pay 103 up front instead of 34 as the admin fee. Other than that he was very thorough

You can't go without Trupanion!!!
Very fast on reviewing claims and letting you know if it was covered. I've had Trupanion since my Abby was just a pup (8 weeks old). She has had a few medical issues and I like they are covered at my % for my policy. When my daughter got a lab puppy, I told her you better get Trupanion, "It's the Best"!!! She did and is so thankful!!
