Great Service Provider
I am extremely impressed with the fast turnaround on claims review and payment. I have had Healthy Paws for a number of years for my pets and am very happy. I like the fact there is no yearly maximum payment and you can adjust your deductible and payout percentage. They even followed up to ask how my pet was doing after claims reviews. Alternate medicine is also covered. I am very glad I have Healthy Paws behind me and would recommend them to pet parents!

We adopted our dog on March 21
We adopted our dog on March 21. Since then we have paid almost $700 in monthly payments and the $250 deductible. This week, we received an email saying that a claims adjuster felt it might be "a good idea" to review Wilda's vet files. Lo and behold, he or she found two "pre-existing conditions." (I will take this up with our vet tomorrow or on the weekend.) Why did it take almost four months for Embrace to review files it got soon after we adopted Wilda Lilly? And after we had paid so much money? Now we are told that she will not receive possibly needed services... This is truly unprofessional. I am probably going to write to Embrace's CEO--as well as advising the medical director of our vet clinic to urge her staff of eight (going up when the clinic expands) to not recommend Embrace. My neighbor's dog is covered by TruPanion and has not experienced any issues like these...

Trupanion is the best!
Trupanion is a lifesaver for our family! Unfortunately our “furson” has experienced and is still continuing to suffer from allergies and ear infections and I have to say, the level of commitment that Trupanion has shown us in continuing to cover his care and beyond reproach! He has be with Trupanion from the very first day that we took him to his vet almost 11 years ago. Trupanion has never failed us! In addition, I submitted my claims from September 2024 through June 2025 and there were about 10 of them and they were all paid! That to be is platinum service! I will forever be a loyal customer and continue to recommend Trupanion to all my friends and family and sometimes even total strangers when we start discussing expenses for care. Thank you for your commitment and excellent service. The app is also very easy to use. As a tip to other pet lovers out there, you should also look into Thrive, they were recommended to me by our vet clinic and makes an excellent companion to Trupanion because Thrive discounts a lot of the services and also pays for the doctor’s visits which Trupanion doesn’t cover. It’s affordable and seamless to use!
