My first experience with trupanion.
Even though I did not receive any payment due to the bill amount minus the office call did not exceed my deductible. I was very impressed with the speed That the claim was processed.

Mostly, Trupanion, is a Good company
It seems to take longer than necessary to review claims that are basically an ongoing claim and longer to get a check out when finally finished. I would do a direct deposit but apparently you can only use one acct for your pet. My husband uses an account to pay for the monthly premium and I want to use a different acct for deposits but the site will not allow for it.
