Useless policy
I have had 3 claims and each time there is nothing covered as they do not cover vet exam fees and after the deductible is paid that is just enough to get the insurance company off the hook in having g to pay anything. I have to pay out of pocket each time. Not worth the money unless you have a big surgery or procedure over 1000 dollars.

No hassle in receiving pymts to my Vet. Reasonable rates. Great having peace of mind when I have to get any treatment for my fur baby. The only thing I was sorry about was that I didn't get the Add on for physo therapy. Never thinking my baby would need it but he did after 2 surgeries.
