When an issue arose, Trupanion came through.
We purchased a Bernese knowing full well that they are prone to certain health problems. So far, Derby has proven that true in spades! He is just turning 3, has marked dysplasia in both hips, an allergy which results in excessive itching without continuous daily medication and a genetic abnormality which has resulted in extensive abnormal dental development and a smaller than usual skull size. Two of these will require expensive surgical procedures in the future. Trupanion has provided coverage as indicated on their website and brochure. The claim process is simple and easy.

I have gotten nothing from Figo (not even a dime toward my deductible) except a portable water bowl & a 25% increase in the rate for a two year old dog. Very disappointed. Figo is all show & no substance. Disappointed.
