Trupanion has given me peace of mind. I've never had a problem contacting a representative and they are always helpful and consistent. They direct bill my vet so I only have to pay my portion. Best money I ever spent!

My Weimaraner, Hailey, has had a few claims over the years. The most recent is definitely going to end up being the largest as it’s neurological. I have total faith that Trupanion will support us through diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Impressed with Trupanion's service!
I was very impressed with how quickly my claim was received and reviewed - all within 5 minutes. Even before I had left the vet clinic, in fact while I was preparing to pay for the visit, the receptionist informed me that the claim had been approved and my invoice reflected the portion that Trupanion had paid and what I still needed to pay. I truly appreciate your promptness....you took away a worry in a worrisome time. Thank you!!
