Up loading of info is very slow. Monthly payments and deductible is too expensive. There should be a discount if we have more than one pet under embrace. Seems like an upgrade to claims process is in order.

The Best!
From the very first day I called Spot Insurance to ask questions because I was thinking of joining, they answered all my questions and concerns with so much details and patience. When the time came that I needed to take my dog to vet because of an emergency, I felt so much relief that I could easily pay the vet bill knowing I would get some of my money reimbursed back. I was even more relieved of how easy it was to fill the claim out. The best part was how fast the claim was processed and how fast your money is reimbursed back to you. I would 100% recommend family and friends about Spot Insurance.

The website did not work correctly
The website did not work correctly. I got as far as inputting my payment details, but clicking on the submit button didn't seem to do anything. I clicked it several times and I hope it doesn't process that many times. A modal popped up for a split second and then went away, and I was still on the payment entry screen with the submit button still active. I assumed it wasn't working but then I got an email seemingly confirming my submission went through? But I didn't get any confirmation when actually entering payment details so I'm not 100% sure. Overall, this has been a kind of tedious and frustrating process.
