I am so happy I have Trupanion. My experiences with trupanion have be hassle free. They really care about their customers and my Bella. From the moment I called them to file a claim they were on it. Every claim I filled trupanion refunded me. All my customer service calls have been handled with compassion, kindness, and friendliness. I would recommend Trupanion to my friends and family. The customer service is great, but the insurance has yet to cover anything. I understand that it doesn't cover pre-existing conditions prior to purchasing the policy, but it really should cover a portion since we're paying for it every month.
