I hate Trupanion
I hate Trupanion. I have an almost 11 year old Newfoundland and they've never paid for s***. They tell me to submit the claims regardless and then deny them all. I agree with the reviewer who said put your coinsurance payment into savings when you first become the owner of your pet. At what they charge, you'll have enough and you won't have to worry about preexisting conditions. I've paid over $12K to this horrible company. Save your own money so you're the boss and you don't have to go through all of this mess. I can only think that they pay people to do the 5 star reviews. My beloved boy's time is short. When he's gone, I will throw a party to celebrate fiercely to never ever having to deal with these horrible robbers again.
