MetLife has been excellent standing behind their policy and covering claims for my pet dog. The service to file a claim is a simple process and reimbursement is performed in an efficient manner. I would definitely recommend any new pet owners to get pet insurance through MetLife right away when you bring your fury friend home for the first time. Met life has exceeded my expectations!
