Excellent coverage and service
Trupanion coverage has been excellent. I was able to get an estimate in advance of my dog's surgery right at the vet's office. They covered their portion after the deductible. While we wait for biopsy results I am grateful I do not have to worry about coverage if additional treatment is needed.

Incorrect payments
I was told multiple times that I had exceeded my annual limit when in fact I had not. I wasted 2 hours of my time telling adjusters how to do their job. Luckily I work in the insurance industry. I was owed way more than what I received. It eventually did get fixed, after 2 hours of phone calls and 5 days later.
