Increasing monthly payments
Trupanion is the worst. My 14 year old shih tzu monthly payments are ridiculous! They keep increasing it. I cant even remember my starting rate anymore. But currently it is $149.57 to $181.60!!!! Like for what?! We havent even been to the vet!! They are a scam! they lie and say they dont increase with your dogs age but they surely do! It is very disgusting.

Annie was very pleasant and was able to complete exactly what I asked for.
Annie was very pleasant and was able to complete exactly what I asked for. Only thing was I wished the online app would allow me to change my deductible without calling in. Oh and online chat kept referring me to check for answer under Faqs however nothing addressed deductible changes there.
