After a bit of a mixup at the start the claim was put through quickly. Our puppy started off with "No Name" but when the claim went through he had a name so at first it was denied but the situation was quickly resolved.

I am not entirely happy with this…
I am not entirely happy with this company. You never can reach a person with a question. The process takes months to work out. Your coverage is really not good. If you did not pay my recent claim I was definitely going to another company.
