Pushy Initial Customer Service

My initial call to activate my 30 day free insurance from my breeder was not as easy as the enrollment call at the end of the trial. The CSR was frustrated, after being a bit pushy, that I wasn't ready to fully enroll (I didn't even have my dog yet!), and he insisted that my dogs breed wasn't in the system, so he quoted me based on the wrong breed. When we actually enrolled in a plan, the new CSR corrected our breed easily, and our quotes were actually much cheaper.
