Awesome reviews and great customer service. Natalie was awesome explaining coverage. I was disappointed that wellness was not covered and I didn't buy the video that was attached. I had always had that with all my other dogs and I feel it helps keep them healthy and prolongs good healthy lives. Great company and gives me a peace of mind when it comes to my girl Macy (Dog).

We got coverage a year after our dog was born and because of this none of her medications are covered because they are considered pre-existing conditions and I am constantly getting a run around no one properly answers my questions.
