Love what they do!

Love what they do! I have now had 3 dogs insured through Spot. They were absolutely wonderful in handling the claims for my deceased Zeki, whom was older when we joined on. I have had no issues other than piece of mind with Dexter, he was also older when we joined. With Nova she is my brand new puppy and I would say for being insured from 8 weeks old having to resubmit medical history seems a bit odd and would think there would be better record keeping from the start with a puppy to taking on older dogs. Overall, has helped with the cost of owning a dog and those unexpected expenses along with expected puppy visits, spaying, vaccines, and annual exams well worth the data collecting for each little one.

Horrible insurance company

Horrible insurance company! They basically just took my money and didn't help with any cost. **how funny! The offered an Amazon gift card to leave a review and when I left a bad review they sent this: "Spot is letting you know that we made a mistake. Yesterday, an email was sent to you in error, which offered you an Amazon.com Gift Card with the subject line above. If you have received, please disregard or delete the email. Spot apologizes for any inconvenience this email may have caused and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at (their email)" Therefore they will only provide a gift card if you left a good review. That only goes to show that the reviews can't be trusted with this company.
