I never expected to have to use the insurance when I got Finn and Charlie as puppies but it has been a lifesaver.

I never expected to have to use the insurance when I got Finn and Charlie as puppies but it has been a lifesaver. I have never filed a claim for Finn but at 3 1/2 Charlie was dx with epilepsy and without the insurance this diagnosis would have caused extreme hardship. The customer service is always amazing, and the website is mostly easy to use.
