More than I expected.
I believe my questions were respected and answered in an honest way. The person I was talking with knew the program well and I sensed that she was very familiar with and loved animals. She understood the concerns of the pet owner as well as she knew the program she was selling. Very personable and I did not feel as if I was being rushed in any way to make a decision on purchasing the pet insurance.

I¡¦ve used Trupanion now for about 12 years they review your claims very quickly and I¡¦ve never had any issue with them denying any claims (all pets fully insured as soon as I got them) I will always use trupanion as long as I have pets.

It was very easy and the lady I spoke with was extremely helpful with the sign up process. She also explained everything to me about the different deductibles so I could make the proper choice for our fur baby Bam Bam.

Long wait time for claims to be processed
I didn't realize it would take so long for claims to be processed and money disbursed. Are you looking at ways to expedite this process? I may need to switch to another insurance carrier.
