I submitted my claim and got a response immediately letting me know they had received it.
I submitted my claim and got a response immediately letting me know they had received it. Within 5 days I had an explanation of benefits and was issued a check. I think the CEO of Trupanion should hold a conference for human medical insurance companies and teach them how to run their businesses.Thank you for being there when I needed you!

Not Happy, but grateful 2 have insurance
I didn’t know you needed the whole receipt for the visit. Because 2 dogs were seen that day. But I only have insurance for Bella Rose NOT Sassy! I sent you every charge there was for Bella Rose. Now I can’t find the damn receipt. I truly didn’t think you needed Sassy’s vet receipt too. She is not covered by Trupanion & NEVER has been. My review isn’t a good one. But sure if you want to share my review knock yourself out! Now that I’ve gotten to tell you my displeasure. I’ve upped my score from zero to one because the first claim was so easy! I’m probably overreacting. But you don’t know the hell I’m going through. I need things to simple & easy. Sassy had 2 seizures today. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg of the hell that is my life! I wish you covered Sassy too!
