I HAD ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY FOR MY OTHER DOGS WHEN I BOUGHT KANOOK I DECIDED TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT ONE BECAUSE THE OTHER ONE WAS GIVING ME A LOT OF PROBLEMS SINCE I HAVE TRUPANION AND MY DOG WAS DIAGNOSED WITH ADDISON DESEASE I FELT VERY SUPPOORTED WITH EVERYONE IN YOUR COMPANY. WHEN I CALL THEY ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND KIND TO ME THE REPRESENTATIVES TEACH ME HOW TO DO THE REPORTS ON LINE AND EVERYTHING GOES SMOOTH AND FAST.AND THAT HELPS A LOT BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY TO LIVE IN FEAR ABOUT MY DOG CONDITION BUT TRUPANION MAKE IT EASIER FOR ME BECAUSE I KNOW THAT SOMEBODY ELSE CARE AND ARE SUPPORTING HIM AND ME.

Fast and easy
Fast and easy - my pup is only 1 and 3 months. Been insured since I got him. Submitting claims are fast and easy. I do not myself, my vet does not do it. Have not had many claims. Have yet to reach any of my deductibles.
