They are amazing at processing claims quickly and efficiently. They also follow up through email to make sure our baby is ok after we have filed a claim and truly care about their clients! Pets Best is Great!!
Pets Best has always been great processing claims for my dog HOBIE. During the pandemic it took a while but they always sent me an email showing what was paid and they have paid for her prescription medicine and special vet visits (90% is what they pay for my plan) It is great coverage for a reasonable price and I highly recommend getting this insurance if you adopt a dog!
