I do not like the fact that I have to log into Trupanion to find out anything about my claim.
I do not like the fact that I have to log into Trupanion to find out anything about my claim. It is an extra step, that I tend to bypass. So I just stay ignorant of the claim because I don't want to go thru log on and password time.
