Peter was so helpful and courteous, he answered all of my questions very thoroughly and looked up answers for questions he did not know off the top of his head (what category a specific condition fell under). I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was originally impressed when they told me the window of time for my claim then they exceeded that window by 3 weeks. I’m super disappointed in this all together, and would not recommend it to anyone ever. Only keeping it till my year is up.

I’ve been a pet owner for years, and decided to purchase pet insurance when we got a new puppy. Pumpkin is worth every penny. The website is very user friendly and the claims process is super easy. I’ve never waited more than a couple of business days for my reimbursement.
