The claim was fine.
The claim was fine. What i do not like was being lied too regarding increases in my policies for 3 dogs. Especially CiCi because I was told her policy would never increase. I will be calling regarding the huge amount of money I pay for 3 dogs who are basically healthy

Unfortunately our dog Callie is a Trupanion frequent flyer.
Unfortunately, our dog Callie is a Trupanion frequent flyer. She's had two expensive ER visits in the past, and most recently she tore her ACL and required surgery.
