I brought my 16 month old puppy to Sage Veterinary because he was having intestinal issues. He was given many tests , resulting in a fairly large bill. I forwarded the bills to Pumpkin. And promptly received a claim number from them. After a few weeks and a careful review on their part, all eligible charges were paid. I am very happy with Pumpkin Insurance.

Peter was so helpful and courteous, he answered all of my questions very thoroughly and looked up answers for questions he did not know off the top of his head (what category a specific condition fell under).
