Natalie, Tanya, and Jen, the three Trupanion representatives that we've worked with on this claim have been positive, patient, and professional, throughout! As Claims Specialist, Jen, was able to push the CRITICAL pre-approval through the very same day! Thank you for helping us be able to afford critical back surgery on our 3 y/o Shih Tzu Benjamin, aka Pooter. Were it not for having Trupanion, we have been forced to make decisions based on our finances-- rather than the excellent prognosis for a full recovery that his surgeon affirms. We had an excellent experience with Trupanion. We put in a large claim on-line on a Sunday afternoon and 90% of its value was paid into our bank account on the following Tuesday afternoon. Can thank you enough for making things so straightforward at what was a worrying and difficult time.

We are a new member this process has taken way too long for a $90 claim for an ear cream.
We are a new member, this process has taken way too long for a $90 claim for an ear cream.. Apparently, your people were waiting for a vet report after 3/20.. I told your people we switched to a new vet with a mobile service due to the virus and the first vet no longer serviced our dog ..and the new Dr saw her only once for annual shots and this minor ear issue... I'm not pleased.. I'm not canceling yet but getting close too.. My friends said you're great I'm not convinced
