Trupanion is fast to reimburse for expenses, when the amount is small - a few days. For larger amounts, it takes weeks. But they are good and professional to deal with.

My pup visited the vets and received treatment. By the time we were ready to leave, Trupanion had already approved the payment, so I just had to pay the regular excess amount. No hassle, no checks in the mail. By the time I got home, I had an email detailing the claim payment. Great service, hassle-free. Love it, and I would (and do) recommend Trupanion to others.
