I have been with Fetch formally Petplan 7+ Years
I have been with Fetch formally Petplan for many years. Overall very happy with my choice of insurance companies. Glad they also went to one deductible vs that crazy deductible per condition. I have had 2 dogs with verty serious conditions and surgeries and have to say I am most grateful to have insurance. Fetch pays for items that other companies do not. I am quick to recommend them to others. Now...the new app when it works is great for submitting claims. I find that "bot" to be totally frustrating and have voiced that on several occasions. It is difficult sometimes to get to a live chat person and if I hang up next thing I get an email with a canned response. Why can't Fetch have a chat portal like all other companies that is user friendly-chewy, amazon, etc etc 2nd complaint/comment....claims take way too long in comparison to others. This has been an issue for a long time so it is not new. I would like to give a shout out to Georgia Somerick. She has helped me on several occasions. Her follow up is excellent and she understands what customer service is all about!

4 stars: Great Jan 13, 2022 This is an update review for Petplan… This is an update review for Petplan NOW CALLED FETCH i do not know if this company was bought out, or they hired a new MGMT Team, or Finally got their act together. But I submitted a claim on 12/26/2021, and was paid 8 days later - lets wait and see if this was a fluke or not.

This is a great company and well worth…
This is a great company and well worth the investment. My dog had to have surgery for a torn ACL. I sent the bill and the medical note. I had already met my deductible. They had paid the claim within a week with no questions asked. Super easy and policy very easy to understand.

Happy with Fetch
Reimbursements are easy . And I got paid in less than 2 weeks. Also got surprised that the probiotics were reimbursed as I thought it would not qualify as reimbursable. They also update you on the progress of your reimbursements. However, I also got surprised that my deductible was computed after the co-pay. So for a 300$ Deductible , it went to $390 as I have a 30% share. But other than that… I am happy with my dealings with this pet insurance company.

Grateful for Fetch
My pup was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease last March and Fetch has been a huge help. I’d only used it for a claim about 4 yrs ago and that went really well and this time has been just as good an experience. Filing the claims are so easy and the reimbursements come within a couple of days. This will be a lifelong treatment so I appreciate having Fetch.

Overall a good positive experience
Overall a good positive experience. They pay what and when they say they will. And customer service is the best - they respond in a day to any email you send! Best pet insurance that I have had yet.
