Recently my little dog got very sick…
Recently my little dog got very sick and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. She had two ER visits and one regular Vet visit during this time and her medication is very expensive. Pet Plan paid 80% of the bill and continues to pay for her heart medication. I don’t think I could have gotten through all of it financially without the help of my insurance. Thank you Pet Plan for all you did.

It’s taking forever to get reimbursed…
It’s taking forever to get reimbursed now. I have had this policy for 12 years. I turned in an invoice on Dec 9th and just got my reimbursement on Jan 20th. They also stopped paying for a cheap medication “ thyroid” my dog has been on for 7 years, it’s now gone back to review and that was a month ago. I dropped one of my old dogs off my policy because I could never get them to reimburse me for medication he had been on for arthritis “ lameness” I tried to explain to them that this medication was not part of a surgery he had in 2015. It never got straighten out. I now have 3 dogs on my policy. I don’t mind paying the premiums at all, to have the insurance but it has definitely changed as far as reimbursement, having to explain things that never get resolved. Now as far as a large accidental, illness they are good at paying for this , but it still takes a while to get reimbursed. I’ll keep it for theses reasons. I have dropped wellness, check ups, holistic off my policies because it lowers the cost as the age it goes up, so I’m tying to keep my monthly premium at a price we can afford and not be so high that I could start a separate monthly savings for this. The staff is always so very polite.

I have been using Fetch for Peaches
I have been using Fetch for my cat, Peaches, for about 10 years. She is the most lovable creature but has been plagued with asthma, thyroid issues, loss of appetite, dental extraction, UTIs, arthritis and liver issues. Through all of this, Fetch has been there with prompt payments and great customer service.

When our 5-year old Golden Retriever…
When our 5-year old Golden Retriever was diagnosed with lymphoma, we were devastated. Having Fetch insurance has allowed us to pursue the best treatment options for our boy!
