Good but not great.
The claims "experience" is fine, but there is too much that is not covered. For a $400+ vet charge, you reimbursed 10%. We are looking for other options.

I'm happy with Trupanion
It was a bit confusing because the first email I received from Trupanion said my claim wasn't covered, but then I received a check and a second email (for a different claim # and amount) that said part of it was covered. Manny's teeth were cleaned as he had to be put under anesthesia anyway for removal of the mass, I didn't expect that part to be covered. But I also didn't know how Trupanion would divide up the costs. In the end it was fair and I am quite satisfied, and happy that payment was made so quickly,
